Proud of her southwestern roots and deeply connected to the authenticity and values of the region, the entrepreneur embraced the task of crafting items that blend functionality and sophistication, all the while aiming to challenge preconceptions about the perceived lack of beauty in eco-friendly products. “I was raised in a realm where objects serve a purpose. Similar to many people, I appreciate aesthetically pleasing items, yet I have always sought more. William Morris expressed clearly this feeling :

"Have nothing at home that you do not know to be useful or not believe to be beautiful."

From the outset of the adventure, the designer chose to look for bio-sourced materials and local partners with the lowest possible carbon footprint.

Likewise, working with and promoting companies with time-honoured expertise is one of our core values. Grouped together under the EPV label, these often little-known Living Heritage Companies are brimming with exceptional talent and expertise. The Ciergerie des Prémontrés, the ceramics and plaids factory and our woodturner are all part of this French network. They are all passionate about offering quality products that respect the environment. We are also committed to social responsibility. To package some of our creations, we call on the services of a local Etablissement d'Aide par le Travail (ESAT). It promotes the work of adults with disabilities.
